Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the internal recruitment efforts of our client’s organization. You will ensure a seamless hiring process while helping to build a team of talented professionals who share their passion for healthcare innovation. This position is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional with excellent communication skills and a background in life sciences recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify and screen candidates for various roles within the organization using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Job Postings: Develop and post job advertisements to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Assist with pre-employment processes, including background checks, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Reporting: Generate and present recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with various stakeholders.
